This is one of our international PCT patents, Application number PCT/CN2017/083954. The product consists of A 6mm diameter stainless steel tube, a heat-resistant plastic handle and a mobile App app. The Bluetooth RF chip, A/D temperature measurement and digital to analog conversion circuit are embedded in the stainless steel tube. The stainless steel tube probe is inserted into the inside of the food to measure the temperature of the food center, and the smart phone is used to monitor the process of food baking and steaming, making cooking easier and smarter.
